Meet the team
Matthew Doyle joined Pension Quality Mark Ltd (PQM) in March 2016. Before joining the PQM he was the Commercial Director for the engagement business at Hermes Investment Management where he managed the strategy and growth of the business. Prior to this Matthew held Chief Operating Officer roles at Latham & Watkins where he was responsible for growing the global English Law practice, and McGrathNicol where he was responsible for the delivery of quality professional services to Global clients in the financial services sector.
Matthew is a trustee of The Adolescent and Children's Trust (TACT). Matthew has an MBA from HEC, Paris.
Tracey Dawson is the Policy & Assessment Manager. She ensures that the Standards remain up to date and relevant as well as assessing applications and renewals. Tracey is the first point of contact for any technical queries relating to the Standards.
Tracey holds the full APMI qualification as well as the PMI's automatic enrolment diploma and is a volunteer adviser with the Pensions Advisory Service.
Jacqueline Shoard is the Administration Executive, responsible for processing new applications and renewals, orders for certificates and trophies, updating the website and social media, and various other support tasks. Jacqueline has previously worked in administration and customer advice roles in Higher Education, the charity sector and professional associations.
